Different Pathways To Success
In recent years, different pathways have been created to cater to students of different learning needs. For students who fare better at experiential learning, the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) provides ample opportunities for hands-on, applied learning.
With industry and workplace internships, as well as opportunities for Global Education and a wide range of co-curricular programmes, ITE equips students with market-relevant career and life skills to succeed in the workplace and their future.
GCE ‘O’ Level school leavers who wish to opt for ITE courses now have the option of choosing ITE’s full-time Higher NITEC or NITEC courses, which include Traineeship Programmes. In total, ITE is offering 49 Nitec, 46 Higher Nitec, and 29 traineeship courses to secondary school leavers in 2017.
